Imitating voices and sound bites

Hi.
PLease help,
I am looking to record some quotes from TV series by trying to imitate the originals by myself but with obvious differences.
The voices will be markedly different but I will be using some quotes that are in the programs.
I don't want to breach copyright, and as I understand it as long as I state that all celebrity voices are impersonated then there should be no issue.
