Charity e-cards - will a quote range breach copyright?

Wow - loads of useful information on this site! Good skills!

I have a question.

Can one create a range of quotes for charitable e-cards? These would be sold to raise money for charity and would include a profit too.

There would be no graphics; just quotation marks with the quote.

If it is a quote from a famous person, can you just quote the quote with the name Albert Einstein at the bottom?

For example, "Imagination is more important than knowledge." Einstein??

OR

Just quote the quote without Einstein at the bottom.

For example, "Imagination is more important than knowledge."??

What if it is a TV quote?

For example, "I love it when a plan comes together"??

Does this breach copyright?
