Hi all,
I would be very grateful if I could get advice on a logo a company has made for a website I am having built.
It is for a London based company in the building trade.
Its the logo it has a part a very small part of the London underground map in it, followed by a company name so ####### London (a building trade followed by London)... is that against copyright law?
Many thanks for any help received.
Help please, is this ok?
Hi js,
The underground map is certainly subject to copyright, so to be safe I suggest you approach Transport for London for permission to use the part you need. TfL have a webpage specifically for this purpose: http://www.tfl.gov.uk/corporate/media/74812.aspx. Make sure you look at the link at the bottom of the page "Read more about how you can use ..."
