Account sharing

If I upload my purchased eBook to my Google Drive, then I share my Google Drive account with others in my team. They will log in to my Google Drive account and read this eBook. Does this involve copyright?

I have a question. If B sues A, then the court how to determine whether A is a false knowingly materially misrepresents.

As A, he is not a professional lawyer. When judging whether it meets the "Fair Use", it is not as accurate as the court.

I am going to take some photos in a book shop and we will take some photos of books. I won't take a close-up of the book cover. But the book cover will still appear completely in the photo. Does this infringe copyright?

A has written an English book, named as SUMMER. B get the permission from A to translate SUMMER into Italian. The Italian Summer is a copyrighted translation works.
